It took me a long time as a panic sufferer before I resorted to in search of help. In truth, I suffered from panic assaults for most of my late teens and early twenties.
I tried everything I could – remedy, medical doctors, therapy, psychologists and psychiatrists. I am solely grateful that my parents had good insurance to cover all of it!
